How to Embrace Change to Work for You
Change is a sign you are growing.
For the next few weeks, I will be posting a short podcast series on Change and the various elements of change that include
- Habits we are being asked to shift
- Accountability to our growth
- Nimbleness to stay in the flow
- Our ability to generate results
- An opportunity to fully engage with change.
If you are fighting against what is changing in you or in your world, you are creating more resistance and more stress. This includes negative thinking about whatever challenge or change is in front of you. Resistance creates more stress, inside ourselves and in outside circumstances.
The only thing we can really control is ourselves and how we respond to change. Change doesn’t have to be anxiety producing though. When we are in the midst of change, it is a great time to pause, become present with what is occurring, and allow a moment to relax. More than likely, change is here to teach you something about yourself and those around you.
