What Do You Have Faith In?
A Sacred Question Worth Quiet Reflection
When life becomes uncertain, it’s easy to tighten our grip.
But what if the invitation is to loosen, to soften, and to ask:
What do I have faith in?
Is it your inner wisdom?
The resilience of the human spirit?
A divine intelligence?
The cycles of nature?
Love?
Faith isn’t always about religion; it’s about where we place our trust when we can’t yet see the outcome.
We are moving from an age of focusing on what’s outside of us to one that calls us inward—to our inner space. The path to living in our power begins by cultivating awareness of that space and trusting our inner guidance.

What would change if you made choices based on your mystical truth and love, rather than self-centered motives? How might you begin to align yourself with the holy?
When we choose what is truly right, we are not attached to the outcome. But when we make self-centered choices, attachment often follows. This is a powerful way to discern from where you’re operating.
Caroline Myss, medical intuitive and author, says that when you begin to make generous choices based on love, your spirit guides support you even more. The power lies in choosing in a way that benefits others. Her fascinating story is shared in this podcast with Tami Simon: Caroline Myss: From the Love of Power to the Power of Love
Sometimes it’s as simple as praying for someone else’s well-being or for peace in war-torn countries. Choosing positive thoughts such as love instead of fear.
Faith is complete trust in someone or something. Where do you put your faith?
I know there is a reality not of this world. I believe we’re all living in a kind of matrix, here in this Earth school to learn how to open our hearts and love more deeply. The fear we see prevailing in the world today is, in many ways, part of a process—one that calls us inward, asking us to choose what is right and to choose love.
I understand this is easier said than done! That’s why I look to podcasts, meditations, and other resources to support me in cultivating this shift in mindset and opening myself to rewiring the beliefs I’ve been conditioned to hold.
Even something as simple as a loving-kindness meditation can begin to rewire you to live in more love: Loving-Kindness Meditation
When the mind spins or when control eludes us, we can choose to lean into the unseen and into something greater that holds us, whatever that is for you.
I invite you to take a moment and ask yourself:
What do you have faith in?
What would shift if you trusted in that more deeply?
How would you act, speak, or rest if you knew you were supported?
Let your answers rise in stillness.
Journal on them.
Speak them aloud.
Share them with someone you trust.
The heart of our work is cultivating inner trust so we can lead and live with more freedom, grace, and alignment.
