Learning How to Integrate a New Way of Being and Thinking
Happy Summer Everyone! I hope you have been enjoying the warm weather and relaxation the summer season brings. I want to share with you some new offerings that will continue to support you in living a whole integrated life in how you lead yourself and others.
I will still continue to offer monthly newsletters and will now also be offering subscriptions (free and paid) on Substack, for individuals that would like daily inner guidance and inspiration in living more integrated lives in how they lead.
From conversations with clients, colleagues, and friends, a repeating theme I hear is that much of the professional and personal work we are conducting involves learning how to integrate a new way of being and thinking as we navigate change in our lives and in our world. My hope is that my tips and tools will make the journey easier and more inspirational.

If you have not had a chance to view my new Be Happy Now 20-minute webinar, it is available on both my LinkedIn page and website to help you begin to shift your attention on what you are creating next. I’d love to hear your feedback and how you are starting to implement change.
In September I will be offering my Be Whole Journey course online, which is another opportunity to learn tools for embodying a more integrated life of wholeness that resonates with who you are and what you are here to do.
We are all leaders, whether we are leading our family, a community, a company, or a team. Living as an integrated leader is such a crucial part of being whole. I want to point out a couple of aspects to think about as you look at your own work and life, and how you are leading yourself through it.
To be an integrated leader, there are certain characteristics to focus your attention on developing.
· Your capacity to have a compelling vision for yourself, your team, or your career. Visionary leaders see the bigger picture and are able to articulate a sense of purpose that inspires others.
· Cultivating Emotional Intelligence allows you to embrace the ability to be empathetic, self-aware, manage your own emotions, and effectively relate to others’ emotions in a positive and supportive way.
· Being able to adapt to challenging and dynamic situations while staying open-minded and flexible.
· Effective communication is vital for an integrated leader to be able to set expectations, actively listen, and inspire others to be their best.
· The ability to be open to new ideas, to collaborate and receive from others, to let go of knowing the way forward, and to trusting the skills and creativity of your team.
· Integrated leaders uphold strong morals and ethical principles. They act with honesty, transparency, fairness, and build deep trust and respect for all involved.
· Integrated leaders have the ability to think critically and strategically to make informed decisions and calculated risks.
· They believe in empowering others, delegating responsibility, and fostering accountability and innovation.
· They are lifelong learners and seek to continue to grow and evolve themselves.
· They can bounce back from setbacks and learn from failures while remaining positive and instilling resilience in themselves and their teams.
Being an integrated leader is not a style of leadership, but rather a holistic approach and a choice in how you want to lead yourself, your families, your organizations, and your life.
