4 Easy Steps that Allow Love to be Your Operating System
FUN February! We get to choose to spend our energy, time and thoughts focused on LOVE.
It is a great month to be intentional in how you are choosing to tune your frequency to LOVE and be and act in the service of LOVE with every one you engage with and every thing you do.
In my FLOW Method, I share 4 easy steps that help you move out of negativity, fear and overwhelm. A negative operating system doesn’t feel good and detracts what we desire. When we choose the operating system of LOVE, we become a magnet, we feel good, and we focus on what we are grateful for in our life.
For quite some time, we have been surrounded with negative thoughts and talking about what is not working; that operating system does not help us achieve what it is we truly desire easily and effortlessly. When you are stressed or negative, people defer to you less often. Think about the times you have been around people who are negative. If they can’t shift their mindset and just keep complaining, we typically stay away from those people because it doesn’t feel good.
Now, think of the times you have been around positive people who were excited about what they were creating. They were happy to be present with you, chances are they were smiling, and because they feel good to be around, that makes us feel good.
LOVE breeds LOVE and Negativity breeds more Negativity.
Take this month to tune up your LOVE frequency and follow these 4 easy steps to help you shift the tired, old operating system to this FLOW Method and attract what you desire.
When you notice you have negative thoughts or are feeling low, ask yourself these questions:
F – What is my current frequency?
L – How can I shift into the LOVE operating system?
O – What are my options to make this shift mentally/physically/emotionally?
W – Where will I put my attention NOW?
Here is a sample of using this FLOW Method:
F – I feel angry, blah, negative.
L – I have to change my environment, move my body, change the thoughts I am thinking.
O – Take a walk outside, put on my favorite song and dance, listen to something inspirational, close my eyes, breath deep and long, or journal all I am grateful for.
W – I am going to step away from my computer and take a 10-minute walk outside, breathe long and deep and only focus my thoughts on the good in my life.
Find a friend that will practice with you. When you are off your game, have them ask you the FLOW Method questions and see how the support of another and speaking it out loud helps anchor in this new way of BEING.
