A Step by Step Guide to Claim the Life You Deserve
The Be Whole Journey Playbook
The intention of this playbook is to support you through the process of self-reflection and evaluation in how you are choosing to view and experience your life in this moment — and being willing to participate in the life you desire to experience and create for yourself.
The playbook provides specific exercises to practice and experiment with through a 12-month experiential course, broken into 3 months per section so that you can grow into yourself and practice new ways of being as your awareness shifts.
The book is divided into four sections:

- Mindful Matters
- Awakening Your Heart
- My Life as a Gift
This curriculum can be done by yourself or in a group setting of 4–8 participants. For each option, you have the option of coaching with Katie for more impact through the 12-month program.

Katie B. Smith created this easy-to-follow book with simple Kundalini Yoga exercises and meditations that relax your body, calm your mind, and lift your spirit. All exercises and meditations are taken from Yogi Bhajan’s teachings.
